Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Bexar Industrial website and services. By submitting a setup review request or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Bexar Industrial provides a digital setup service. We configure an online quote request form, set up email alerts, and create an organized tracker so that contractors can capture and organize customer inquiries. This is a digital configuration and maintenance service. No physical equipment is shipped or delivered.
No guarantee of results
We help you capture and organize quote requests. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, jobs, customers, revenue, or booked appointments. Results depend on factors outside our control, including how widely you share your form link, your follow-up, your pricing, your reputation, and market conditions.
Setup review and approval
The initial setup review is free. There is no charge and no obligation. If your business is approved and you choose to move forward, we send a service agreement. No payment is collected until you have signed the agreement and confirmed you wish to proceed.
Fees and payment
Our pricing includes a one-time activation fee that covers setup and the first 30 days of service, followed by a monthly subscription. The activation fee is non-refundable once configuration work has begun. After the first 30 days, the monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.
Your responsibilities
To get value from the service, you are responsible for:
- Placing and sharing your form link where your customers can find it
- Responding to and following up on the inquiries you receive
- Providing accurate information about your business
- Keeping your contact and payment information current
Ownership
You own all customer data and lead records collected through your setup. We own our templates, workflows, form structures, and service framework. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our service framework.
Support
Support is provided according to your plan. Starter includes one minor form update per month and email support. Pro includes two minor updates per month and priority email support. Work beyond your plan's included support is quoted separately.
Third-party tools
Our service relies on third-party platforms including form software, spreadsheets, email, and payment processing. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those platforms, but we work to resolve any issues promptly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
